Terms and Conditions — Inflatable Hire Summary ⚠️

These terms and conditions explain the rules for hiring inflatables. Read carefully. Outdoor hires only on grass that can be pegged. Astro turf must allow pegs through. Hard standing or unpegable surfaces are not accepted. 🌿

Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

• Booking fees are non-refundable. 💷
• Day-of hire cancellations must be notified to us. You may rebook within four weeks if the castle is available. 📅
• If we attend and cancel due to site issues (fit, access, surface type, cleanliness), the hirer remains liable for the total outstanding balance. ❌

Site Access, Fit and Surface Rules

• You are responsible for ensuring the inflatable fits the desired location. All dimensions, including lowest ceiling height, are listed in the product description. 📏
• If the inflatable does not fit on arrival we will cancel the hire and charge the full outstanding balance. 🧱
• If access is not clear as confirmed by email we may cancel and charge the full outstanding balance. 🚪
• If the wrong surface type is selected (for example selecting grass when the site is astro turf) we may cancel and charge the full outstanding balance. ⛳
• If the chosen area is not clear, clean and of adequate size we may cancel and charge the full outstanding balance. 🧹

Weather, Safety & Refusal of Hire

• We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. 🌧️
• Inflatables cannot be used outdoors when wind speeds are expected to be 25mph and above (including predicted gusts per European standard). 🌬️
• Inflatables must not be used in heavy rain or thunderstorms. ⛈️
• We may refuse hire if health and safety laws would be breached or participant safety is compromised. Safety is our priority. ✅

Power, Pegs & Site Permissions

• A suitable mains power point must be within 25 metres of the inflatable location. 🔌
• Our pegs are 400mm long. They must be used on grassable sites. 🪝
• Commercial or public land hires require written landowner permission (email or letter) before setup. 📝
• When we arrive, show us exactly where the inflatable will be set up. 📍

Supervision & User Rules 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

• A responsible person over 18 must supervise at all times. Adults must supervise soft play too. 👀
• Keep the inflatable secured and do not move it once positioned. 🔒
• No food, drinks, smoking, barbecues, glass, animals, party-poppers, face paint, or silly string near the equipment. 🍬🚫
• Remove shoes, badges, large jewellery and high heels. Recommend removal of spectacles and plastic alice bands. 👟
• Limit numbers by age/size as per recommendations on the unit. Do not mix large and small children. ⚖️
• No climbing, hanging on walls, or bouncing on the step/front apron. Slides: one at a time, sitting positions, feet first. 🛝

Cleaning, Water & Damage

• No water or liquids to be poured or sprayed onto equipment (rain excluded). Deliberate soaking may incur double hire charges and will cause cancelled bookings. 💦
• Non-rain water on equipment will incur a minimum £50 cleaning charge. 🧼
• We are not liable for damage caused while carrying equipment through property, including water damage. 🚪

Blower & Emergency Procedures

• Do not allow use during inflation or deflation. Switch blowers off when not in use. 🔄
• If multiple blowers run from one extension, unplug all but one before switching back on and plug each blower in one at a time. 🔌
• Keep blower vents clear. If a blower overheats, remove users and switch off. Retry after 1–2 minutes. If it fails, contact us immediately. ⚠️

Incidents & Liability

• Report any injury requiring professional medical treatment as soon as possible. Treatment must be sought within two hours. 🏥
• We reserve all rights under these terms and conditions to protect safety and property. 📜
