We’re a family-run team who love helping local events come to life — from birthday parties in back gardens to village fetes. Below are the most common questions we get asked, written in plain English to help your day run smoothly. If anything’s unclear, please get in touch — we’re happy to help! 🤝

1. Where should the castle be sited?

Please clear the area where the castle will be placed: remove garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish and dog mess. There should be no overhanging trees or bushes in the immediate area. It’s your responsibility to ensure there’s enough space for us to unload and inflate the equipment. If we arrive and find that there isn’t enough space, you will be required to pay the full price if the space was miscalculated. ⚠️

2. How do I book?

You can book online via the BOOK ONLINE button on our website. Select your date and, if available, you can complete the booking right there — it will be entered into our diary automatically. 📅

3. Halls and venue bookings

If you’re hiring for a hall, please leave 30 minutes either side of your booking so our team can set up and take down safely. This helps us avoid rushing and keeps everyone safe. 🕒

4. Garden and site preparation

Please ensure clear access: tidy the driveway/side passage and remove any sharp objects, stones, excessive mud or animal mess. We cannot set up on dry dusty surfaces, wet mud, stones or animal mess. Also, make sure there is an electrical power point within 25m. If our driver is kept waiting while you prepare the site, you may be charged for that time. If the site is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. 🔌🧹

5. Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice — cancellations with less than 48 hours may incur a fee. Please plan ahead where possible. 📞

6. Booking fee & overnight hire

A booking fee is required for all bookings. Yes, we do hire overnight when requested. 🌙

7. Set up and pack away times

Typically, set up takes around 30 minutes and pack away about 30 minutes. Times vary depending on the castle type: adult castles or outdoor units can take longer. Please bear this in mind when planning your event schedule. ⏱️

8. Securing the inflatable

On grass/mud we use 20-inch ribbed ground stakes; for hard surfaces indoors we use sandbags to secure the castle safely. ⚓

9. Cleaning and damage

All equipment must be returned in a clean state. Please wipe down any marks before our driver collects the equipment. Failure to return equipment clean may result in a cleaning charge. If any damage is caused, we’ll discuss sensible steps to make it right. 🧼

10. Public events & commercial hires

We regularly supply castles for fetes, fun days, street parties and pubs. For commercial ground hires you must have council permission in writing or email prior to the booking. The operating site must be clear of obstacles; we are not responsible for underground services disturbed during erection. 🎪

11. Insurance

Yes — we carry £10 million public liability cover for your peace of mind. 🛡️
